FREE RETURNS FOR UNOPENED/UNUSED PRODUCTS
Nulogica offers free shipping for returns and full refunds of the product purchase price on all U.S. merchandise orders within thirty (30) days from the date of product receipt. The product must be unopened and unused to receive a free return and full refund.
RETURNS FOR OPENED/UNUSED PRODUCTS
For all U.S. merchandise orders containing products that have been opened and remained unused, or contains no less than three quarters of the remaining product, Nulogica offers a full refund of the product purchase price and free return shipping within thirty days from the date of product receipt.
RETURNS FOR OPENED/USED PRODUCTS
Nulogica will not accept any returns for used and opened products that contain less than 50% of the original product.
RETURNS FOR INCORRECT/FAULTY/DAMAGED/ PRODUCTS
Nulogica offers free shipping for returns and a full refund of the product purchase price for all U.S. merchandise orders containing incorrect, faulty and/or damaged products. Eligibility for a return is determined on a case-by-case basis by the Nulogica Customer Service Team. A customer who has received an incorrect, faulty and/or damaged product must contact the Nulogica Customer Service Team and provide photographic or video evidence to determine eligibility for the return.
RETURNS PROCESS
Nulogica generates and provides the customer with a return label to be attached to the outside of the customer’s return package for shipping and handling purposes.
RETURNS FOR PROMOTIONAL GIFTS
Where Nulogica is offering a free gift with a product, the company shall only provide one free gift per transaction (irrespective of how many products are purchased). The free gift is subject to availability and Nulogica reserves the right to change the free gift for a gift of equivalent value. In the event of a product return from an order containing a free promotional gift, only the product purchased must be returned, the customer may keep the free gift. The customer must return the product within thirty (30) days from the date of product receipt to receive free return shipping and a free full refund of the product purchase price for unopened and unused products. For opened and unused products, only the product purchased must be returned, the customer may keep the free promotional gift. The customer must return the product within thirty days from the date of product receipt to receive a free full refund of the product purchase price.
